Does this mean it was delivered? This doesn't say specifically that the delivery was completed and I haven't heard anything form the person I sent it to. I think the picture is nice but the way this is stated is confusing and now im worried that the delivery didnt make it to her. I would probably rate this better but now I have a lot of worry that I spent the money for it to get lost at her work.

The picture is great. Often you don't know how the flowers look when they are a gift so this is a nice feature you offer. The flowers are beautiful.

I appreciate your sending the picture since I ordered online. The flowers look beautiful but it's a little difficult to see the vase or to get a sense of how tall the arrangement is. Otherwise, I liked how easy it was to order online and arrange for same day delivery. And your responsiveness was fantastic.

Where is the bow? Where is the nice basket or container? This looks like the $65 plant not the $85. Extremely disappointed. We paid $125 for this???? You should be embarrassed.
