Very pretty but how do you get closed rose buds to open all the way?

Very nice flowers and the delivery girl was very conscious of having the flowers arrive in beautiful condition. It happened to b raining and she couldn't leave the flowers in the rain with the balloon. I was very happy with my order

The purple flowers were dead when they arrived. That was a stand out part of the arrangement. I know my daughter sent them and it cost her too much. That was so disappointing and made the entire arrangement seem cheap. Then the roses had brown petals . Why do that. People are short on money! At least use fresh flowers. I will say this in a Google review u less you refund her money. Woukd you be happy and proud you sent this?!

Horrible presentation!! For the price I paid I was very disappointed! I will never order from them again! The delivery person was so rude when she called me because she couldn't find my apartment that I hung up on her! My order came unwrapped, unboxed, just a vase with flowers in it!! Yall could do better!

The arrangement was pretty, but almost half of the flowers were wilted, dying. Unfortunately, not worthy of the over $100 my husband paid.

They are very pretty. The friend who bought them for me said, though, that the first delivery was not what she had ordered. A second came the next day.
