The delivery was a day late and when I received it, the roses were starting to dry and crust on the petals. The arrangement was nice but the quality was below grocery store standards which was disappointing from a professional florist.

I ordered these flowers for Elizabeth Holt, and frankly, after seeing the pictures, am very disappointed. Those yellow mums look like they're on their way out, as does the sunflower. And those mum buds will never open. Although the arrangement is small, I expected at least fresh flowers for $50!

The flowers look great but were delivered a day late. I paid for same day delivery. I got a message saying that they were not able to deliver and would try later. Someone was home all day except for 15 minutes when they went to walk their dogs. If none answered the door there is no reason went the flowers could have been left on the doorstep.

The flowers that the sender sent me said they were not the same ones that she ordered. The size and look was different. They were pretty flowers though.
