Your beautiful bouquet truly brightened the day of the recipient, who was in the hospital. The flowers meant the world to her. She bragged on them to everyone that came in her room. As she was leaving the hospital, a nurse said she needed a U-Haul to get them home. :) Thanks so much!

Great service! I ordered from out of the country for a same-day delivery, and everything was perfect. You can't always get the exact arrangement but they still make it look great. It's really nice customer service to get a picture of the flowers before the send them out.

Number of blooms and arrangement is exactly what I had in mind! Clear vase would be a little better, but this seems fine—providing the photo is great! Glad it could be delivered today!

Whereas if we talk to you we're quite happy to make any changes to make it to your liking. It perplexes me why people would give a poor rating vs simply calling us so we can change it and being made satisfied.
