I've used this company three times recently. Each time they've done a wonderful job on filling a specific order with specific colors etc. They have a great communication system, both online and through email, and phone customer service. I got to see this particular arrangement in person. It was lovely and it was even prettier to see the three-dimensionality of it in person.

I called to complain about the way the card was handled. That was dismissed as “oops”….Someone placed a sticker directly over the writing on the card, the glue would not allow it to be pulled off without ruining the writing underneath.
