Definitely a Five Star Rating -appreciate the photo (tho viewed after the service) .I should have checked.. well worth every bit invested -loved the way every detail I asked for (including the butterfly add on -it made an Amazing Difference among Al the others). But most of all the attention to detail I wanted (colors and variations of flowers definitely for that specific piece) was aso graciously applied. That was the best order placed on a sympathy arrangement~ astute employees make the difference!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Flower arrangement was very pretty and delivery was on time as promised.Young lady in customer service was very helpful and efficient.I like receiving the photo and follow up information confirming the delivery.

I do like getting a photo of the flowers before they are sent. That's a nice feature. I saw the arrangement in person today & it seemed kind of small for what I paid. It was very pretty, not as large as I was hoping it would be.

Don't think putting 13 flowers is a good idea. Should be 12 or 14. Please take one rose out. Also it is missing the white bow as shown in the example picture. please add the bow if you have one. Thank you

You were given the option to have us remove one or add one, but when it came to ordering you did not specify. We went ahead and added an additional rose to the arrangement although it is not pictured as having that amount.
