I placed an order for flowers to be delivered to my wife who is in the hospital and today was the delivery date and your store is closed and she has not received anything. The nurses desk says they have not received anything. I want my money refunded to my card.

Reliability is the key word. In early December I ordered an arrangement to be delivered Christmas Eve. I awoke during the early hours of Christmas Eve worrying that the flowers might not be delivered to my shut-in relative, leaving her to feel forgotten. However, when I opened my email I had a photo of the arrangement and later that day received a delighted text from my relative. I will continue to rely on George's Flowers to deliver on orders when they are needed most.

This is exactly what I was looking for. Thank you! While the phone representative was polite, they were not very knowledgeable about the products. After the first photo did not meet my needs, I had to call a second time. I would recommend additional product education for phone representatives, or allowing customers to speak directly with a designer when requested.
