We appreciated the relationship Karin's has with the funeral home - their communication & delivery was seamless. Receiving a photo of the arrangement in advance was also very nice to receive. The flowers looked a bit limp but the next morning, at the funeral, were beautifully cascading & draping and well-hydrated. The "catalogue" arrangement options online could be better: they were limited & hard to choose from. There's not a good explanation or example of half-casket choices; the sale-emphasis is on full casket arrangements. Kevin walked me through but more photos would've helped. I was able to ask for our favored lighter, looser arrangement than pictured (as well as different color preferences), which was accommodated with some price adjustment, which we appreciated. Kevin made the phone transaction easy to complete. The floral arrangement was stunning. Thank you.

It was not an order for a birthday but for welcoming a baby! Too expensive for what it was and charging for a note is absurd! Not happy

Hate to be harsh but it's super tiny, is this really the size that you get for $85? Are there cheaper flowers that give you more bang for the buck

Definitely wanted and ordered callow lillies. Can't tell from the picture how many there are. Big white flowers seem to dominate the arrangement, but I will have to see it in person when it arrives. Roses are nice. Can't give a star rating until I actually see it. When is usual delivery time?
