It is absolutely gorgeous. Is there a way you could put a pink or purple balloon? I'm given that she's a female and she also has a daughter. I probably should've told you ahead of time.

We enjoyed the flowers, but not the arrangement. They came in "flat" and not as depicted in your photo. The Capital Grille put them in vases (as depicted), and watered them (they seemed a bit dry), and then they came alive.
