Though the arrangement is beautiful, it is not what was ordered. Mina likes soft colors which I noted when I placed the order such as pink, lavender, white, soft pink, no babies breath but greenery is fine. I asked for these flowers - roses, soft ranuculus, snapdragons, hydrangeas, and peonies. I specifically said no bright colors but I see there are red ranunculus and yellow lilies in this arrangement. I also notice holes in the arrangement making it look not as polished and the hydrangea appears wilted and in the color scheme. I love your work but in the future if you don't have the flowers requested please let me know beforehand so that I can make another choice. $300 dollars was a lot to spend and not receive what his wife likes especially on their anniversary today. This was a centerpiece Easter arrangement for an oblong=shaped dining table. My wife and her sister commented "How exquisite, How perfect". My rather vague guidance on what I wanted was turned into a terrific contribution to our Easter dinner table. I received an email and a text that said the order had been delivered. I feared it had been stolen. I called the store and was told that they know it's confusing, but apparently the order is still on the truck. …..and I got an email requesting a review!

Frankly, not my most favorite bouquet. I requested not using daisies and the large Gerber looks out of place to my eye. The proportions just look off. I am so sorry to fuss! This will not affect my using Karin's in future as I have been 100 percent pleased with your designs and products for several decades.
