Please be advised that my order was never received;the order received was order #64014610 belong to a Doris Hilton at Charlton Methodist Hospital room 125 6th floor. My order #64014570. was never delivered. On Saturday, July 11th I reached out to your establishment for help and spoke to Kim and I believe Lisa; Kim stated she will have customer service contact me. Lisa stated that your company could have another plant delivered on Monday due that the person whom I was trying to deliver to on Friday, July 10th was unavailable on Saturday due to their funeral was Saturday; therefore I contacted Rita to see if she would be available on Monday and Monday, July 13th was good for her. I tried calling back several times on Saturday to reschedule a delivery for my order and was unsuccessful. Please reach reach out to me ASAP to reschedule my order #64014570. Cynthia ph: 214-536-8252
