Difficult customer service. My flower order was delivered late after clear instructions on the hospital room. The flowers weren't delivered till after my friend got home from the hospital. I won't be using them again

Beautifully done and timely delivered on short notice. I will definitely order from McShan again. The photo of the arrangement was ideal because I could show the order to my husband.

The pink gerbera daisies are already dying. Usually they are long lasting. Only has been two days and has been watered every day. The roses were old and soft not fresh and hard. Snap dragons were way too tall for design and broke.
