I sent a birthday bouquet to my best friend. The flowers were gorgeous, but the vase should too many stems and it didn't look attractive. I called and they offered to change the vase out and send new flowers. They handled it wonderfully. The delivery was very fast. I will definitely use them again!

While I appreciate the photo, The floral bouquet you sent was with pink flowers. I ordered a bouquet called purple passion. Very disappointed as I wanted it to be purple, lavender tones.
