I told your staff the flowers should be delivered on the morning of 06-18-2026. (The day of her birthday). Check my record with your establishment. I always ordered flowers from your establishment for June 18 for every year. You sent the flowers before the birthday. What do you want for me to do? The birthday is the 18 of June.
