I am very please with flowers and looks beautiful. I send these flowers once a month for my mother in law…and seems to always be exquisite. Thank you! Sometimes I think the vase should be taller and mix the height …but overall I am pleased to send and she is happy…she sends picture of it as well. Love the quality and quantity!

Terrible customer service and did not refund me for removing my custom card from the order. I requested for 12/31. They didn't deliver. Then on 1/2. Didn't get the full order. If I could rate 0 stars I would. I'm no longer giving 1800 flowers my business
