The woman took my order over the phone, and was very patient. I had no idea what I wanted. She talked me through it and in the end, I asked her to send me a picture of the completed bouquet and I loved it and so did my brother whom I sent them to!

The process of ordering the yellow roses in person was very professional and orderly. The lady was great taking the order and processing my info on the order and where to be delivered and the payment too. I'll be going here all the time to order my flowers from now on. Thank you.

We ordered a standing spray and a casket spray for our Dad's graveside services. They turned out so beautiful. We also used the Flower Patch for our Mom's services 3 years ago as well. I would highly recommend them for all of your floral needs.

I had a bit of a glitch ordering online and had to call the store. They were very apologetic and accommodating. The flower arrangement I ordered was beautiful and just as pictured. My cousins were very complimentary when they received it. I so appreciate the professionalism and helpfulness of Flower Patch. I would definitely order from them again!

The flower arrangement which I ordered is even more beautiful than I imagined it would be. And such a lovely service to provide me with a picture of it before delivering it to my sister and her family! I will certsinly use this flower shop again for any flowers whuch I order in the Provo area.
