"Flower arrangement was lovely but hated the cheap vase. For over $100 bouquet, I truly would have expected something nicer that would have complimented the arrangement, rather than detracted from it."

It seems like for $80 there should be at least 1 more hydrangea (just for balance) and a few more carnations. It seems a little sparse. I really appreciate the opportunity to view the arrangement, if it results in positive changes being made.

I was extremely disappointed that you made the flower arrangement on Friday and delivered it first thing Saturday morning. We had asked for a Saturday afternoon delivery because the flowers were for a Sunday viewing and Monday funeral. I even made a phone call to discuss it with the manager to discuss our predicament of having a Sunday viewing. The roses were drooping and looked sad.
