"Flower arrangement was lovely but hated the cheap vase. For over $100 bouquet, I truly would have expected something nicer that would have complimented the arrangement, rather than detracted from it."

There was a problem with the delivery. It was delivered to the hospital reception but it never made it to my daughter in law's room. They made sure to remake and redeliver. Very happy with their service. And the flowers were beautiful.
