Arrangement was beautiful. But… it was delivered the same day as ordered. This was for my future daughter in law's birthday and I called to see where it was. I was told they were working on it. Then got a message from the driver asking if the receiver was still at work. This was at 5:45. That is unacceptable and embarrassing. Lisa koester

I really appreciate the photo provided. The arrangement is very nice and for the season of Fall. I was a bit nervous but I trust your florist there at Russell Florists. You all always deliver and the arrangements are always very nice. Thank you💐🫶🏾

Flowers were pretty, but delivery was a problem. They delivered the flowers to a neighbor. Luckily we are friendly with them and they contacted us to pick up from their house

My husband Phil paid extra to have the flowers delivered by 10 am and they didn't get there until after I left and around 2pm. Also they didn't have the card he asked for. Otherwise they were very pretty. Tari
