I think it's very pretty but I ordered a basket with flowers flowing a little downward on the sides which I liked. Just wondering why you changed it to the other sympathy flowers you offer?

Flower arrangement that I ordered is beautiful. Request for a small change to a particular flower was granted. The photo of the arrangement was a nice touch. Recipient was very happy with the arrangement.

I loved getting the photo! I wish there were more color in the bouquet, though. This doesn't look much like the design I referenced. This is less than half my expectation for $109. I suppose it will do, but I'd be lying if I said I wasn't disappointed. I do appreciate that you are delivering it today.
